My sorority participated in Relay for Life to help support cancer. All of us came together and stayed up from 6pm to 6am walking around carnesecca to raise money. I couldn’t believe how many of the sisters were so quick and eager to participate, and even more shocking was the amount of other people that were also there ready to stay up all night and walk. Being with all the sisters all night helped us bond and come together to support an amazing cause. I have never participated in something like this and walking in and seeing such a large amount of people really took me by surprise and showed me that people really do care and really do want to make a difference. It was an extraordinary experience that I would love to be able to go through again.
